If you're involved in state agencies, there are four key benefits you'll receive when you set up your online profile and account on the ICN Web site:

1. By setting up an online profile and account, you will be able to easily store ICN documents and resources on our website in your own personal online document library that can be accessed 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection.

2. Connect online with other state agencies. ICN is committed to providing you with the unique opportunity to interact and communicate safely and securely with other state agency personnel throughout the country through our new state agency discussion forum built exclusively for state agency personnel. Once logged in, you can interact and exchange ideas, solutions, and comments with your peers from all across the country.

3. You will have access to an updated online resource library of documents that are specifically written for and made available to state agencies just like yours. These helpful and valuable resources are not available to other Web site visitors; only those working within state agencies can view and store them in their personal document library—another important reason to set up your profile today.

4. Share relevant documents and resources with your peers. Once your profile is set up, you can contribute documents to a private document library on the ICN Web site that can only be accessed by other state agency personnel.
